Well the weather is definitely turning now and we are still waiting to get some heating back in our little house. We're managing with a single plug in oil-filled radiator now which at least heats 1 room! So hopefully now the plastering work is done, we can get our radiators installed later this week - here's hoping.
I did actually buy a long pair of fingerless gloves so I could type on the computer because my hands were getting so cold. I must look very strange when the postman comes to the door :)
Here's some book links ...

The lean, rugged form of trail boss Zach Weston makes Niki want everything she doesn't want: Wyoming, a good man, and love.
Zach likes being just a cowboy to Niki. His name, his political ambitions, and his ranching empire are all but forgotten as he rides alongside this beautiful, gutsy woman who makes him realize what he's been missing. 10) Until Again: Prequel Novella to BLUE by Lou Aronica
UK Amazon Kindle Version: Until Again
US Version, might not be free: Until Again
From the product description on Amazon:
"UNTIL AGAIN tells of a decidedly real-world event: the final weekend in the breakup of a marriage. For Chris Astor, the divorce is not something he wants, primarily because of the distance it will put between his ten-year-old daughter Becky and himself. Juxtaposed against this is a critical event in Tamarisk, the bedtime-story fantasy world that Chris and Becky created when Becky was much younger. Miea, the university-age princess of Tamarisk fears that her world has become a terribly dangerous place...but she could not possibly have imagined where that danger will lead her and the people she loves. These parallel stories converge, in a most unusual way, in a tale of change and new tomorrows. A powerful revelation for those who have read BLUE, and an emotionally charged introduction to these deeply relatable characters for those who haven’t, UNTIL AGAIN is a warm, engaging, and bittersweet work that promises to speak to your heart."

Within weeks of being reassigned to the Confederate border system of Temper, the five would begin to untangle a web of lies and a cover-up that seemed to span the length of the entire galaxy. And it would not be long before they themselves would come face to face with that which destroyed an empire: an unforgiving, unstoppable, and totally unrelenting foe.
There seemed to exist only one glimmer of hope of driving back the darkness: The ATAF Project - a secretly developed set of starfighters that may well just harbour some terrible secrets of their own."
